Full payment of conference fees was due at time of online registration, via credit card or PayPal. Individuals needing to submit a check or make other payment arrangements should contact our office at 1-877-463-2047.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email. The cancellation policy allowed for a partial refund - equal to 90% of your registration fees - for individuals who canceled on or before April 11, 2009. After that date, we regret that we were unable to offer refunds for any reason.
